We arrived just after 24:00, when we entered two nice people asked if we wanted to write down our names and email addies, so that we could be kept informed about upcoming events.

Anyway the first DJ spinned some good dark tunes (I recognized two tracks from the Black Rhino LP, and the other tracks he played had a similar sound), but his mixing skills could be improved IMO.

Acan from Vienna was next at about 1:30, and he really kicked some ass. Full on stompers, screaming 303's all over the place; great music to jump to. As a result the dancefloor filled up nicely.

Avi started at about 4:30, he started out with some great Australian sounding weirdness, very psychedelic sounds but with a good stomping 4/4 beat underneath. His sets always kick, but he's not afraid of playing some more experimental tracks as well, which is great for me because I love the weirder Psy Harmonics type of tracks.

The guys who are organizing the Liquidizer parties are not in it for the money, the entrance fee was only 7.50 guilders before 24:00 and 10 guilders after 24:00. Excellent value! I'll probably be at the next Liquidizer as well.
